About
I design and lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems for enterprise clients — the kind with real data-privacy rules, real integration, and a business that can't stop while you build. For the last few years the interesting part of that work has moved: from CRM that people operate to automation and AI agents that operate parts of the business on their own, with people governing them. That shift — from traditional CRM to governed, autonomous workflows — is what I build, and what I write about here.
Day to day I'm Senior Delivery Director for Solutions Architecture in Argano's Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice. I lead the solution architecture and technical delivery teams, own the technical strategy across our projects, and still sit in the designer when something matters. Microsoft has named me a FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement five years in a row, 2022 to 2026.
5× FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement · 2022 – 2026 Before all this I was a physician. I mention it because it still shapes how I work — gather the evidence, rule things out, decide, own the decision — and because it's why healthcare keeps a special place in what I write. I went back to school for computer science to fix the technology I'd been frustrated by on the ward; I've been on the building side ever since.
Solution Rounds is the blog: things I actually built, one at a time, every step shown, every number measured, the failures left in. In a teaching hospital, rounds are where you learn at the bedside rather than from the textbook; that's the format. The two LinkedIn newsletters, AI in Healthcare and AI in Practice, carry the wider view, one breakthrough a week.
